Clinical Research :
The clinical section provides medical services on outpatient basis with facilities for
free
consultations by the experts, basic clinical investigations, Ayurveda medicines, Yoga,
Panchakarma,
Marma therapy. The section also organises special clinics, outreach programmes and
undertakes Clinical
Research Projects. Since inception the Clinical Research Unit has served more than 3
lakh
patients. The
clinical section is a recognised centre for Pharmacovigilance and therefore any adverse
drug
events and
misleading advertisement are monitored and reported regularly.
NABH and NABL certified CARI hospital is well equipped to provide free consultations by
Ayurveda, modern medicine and yoga specialists, Tele-consultation, Ayurveda life style
guidelines, medicines, laboratory services, Panchakarma, Marma & Yoga therapies to the
public. All these services are free for BPL families and nominal central govt. charges
are
applicable for others. The campus also has the provision for 28 bedded IPD facility.

Tribal Health Care Research Project (THCRP) in Karnataka
The institute conducts outreach clinical research programmes with public health
orientation
for tribal
caste population.Tribal Health Care Research Project was initiated in the year 2014 and
THCRP team has
reached out to 37,160 tribal population and 14,066 patients were treated through house
hold
survey and
medical camps were conducted in 143 villages till date.
Ayurveda Mobile Health Care Project (Scheduled Caste Sub
Plan)
The institute conducts outreach clinical research programmes with public health
orientation

Scheduled Caste population and was initiated in the year 2015. SCSP team has reached out
to
43,287
population and 23,129 patients were treated in selected 36 villages through 952 tours.
